Through the contact form: your name, email address, subject and message.
We do not collect special category data and we do not ask for financial details.
Why we collect it
Quote enquiries are collected so that a small number of installers covering your area can contact you about your project. That sharing is described on the form and requires your explicit consent before submission.
Contact messages are used only to reply to you.
Who we share it with
Quote enquiry details may be shared with vetted spray cork installers who cover your postcode area. We do not sell personal data as marketing lists, and enquiry data is never displayed publicly on this website.
How long we keep it
Retention periods will be confirmed here before launch. Our intention is to hold enquiry data only for as long as needed to service the enquiry and to resolve any dispute.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your personal data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
